February Absurdity, a Misfit Observation
February is the month where everyone agrees nothing makes sense, we wear winter coats while holding iced coffee, set ambitious goals while our nervous systems are clearly still buffering, and pretend the year is fully underway even though our bodies know it is not.
It is the only month that asks for productivity while offering no real energy, no clear weather, and no emotional consensus.
This is why the HOLLYSTIC approach matters to me. February reminds us that forcing momentum rarely works, but paying attention does. Sometimes the most intelligent move is noticing you are still in transition and acting accordingly.
